Vincenzo joined the firm in January 2022 and works in the Private Wealth Department advising clients on their estate and succession planning needs including gifting, property ownership structures and tax advice (inheritance tax, capital gains tax and stamp duty land tax). In addition, he assists clients on estate administration and probate matters, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney and filing non-resident capital gains tax returns.
Vincenzo also has experience of obtaining Guardianship (Missing Person) and Presumption of Death Orders from the High Court.
Vincenzo’s experience is focused on private client matters, including family, which enables him to clearly identify a client’s needs and provide a complete service. Vincenzo’s down to earth and personable approach is built on building a positive rapport with clients and effective communication and trust.
