I have advised clients in relation to family matters for more than twenty-five years. I value every client and the relationship of trust that we build in the time that we work together.
My practice incorporates both the financial consequences of separation and divorce – including cross-border issues and complex asset structures – and matters relating to children. I also assist families with wealth protection structures including pre and postnuptial agreements and co-habitation agreements.
My clients appreciate an easy working relationship and value clear, strategic advice that carefully balances commercial realities with the needs of their families. Family disputes are difficult. I help clients to focus on sustainable outcomes – building a platform for their future. I use my skills as a mediator to avoid the pitfalls of unnecessary litigation – whilst firmly defending my clients’ position. Clients tell me that they are glad to have me on their side.
My clients have included landowners, equestrians, business owners, entrepreneurs, sportspeople, medics, lawyers, politicians and those in the arts and entertainment industry (actors, singers, producers), both in this country and abroad – and their spouses.
Outside of the legal profession I am Chair of Governors at Northbourne Park Preparatory School in Kent.
