I joined Child & Child in 2024 as a partner and Head of the Regulatory Department, bringing over 30 years of experience in professional conduct. I have led the SRA’s Regulatory Management Team, with responsibility for the Regulatory Supervision of the UK’s top 200 law firms. I am recognised as the leading “go to” individual for all regulatory matters for the legal sector.

In private practice, I act for a large number of professional services firms. I support my clients on all aspects of the highly regulated professional services sector. This includes professional ethics, regulatory mapping, business structure planning, professional conduct and specialist training on all aspects of regulatory responsibilities and compliance.

Having headed a Top 10 law firm’s Professional Practices Team for six years before joining Child & Child, my key practice areas also encompasses internal investigations for regulated entities and individuals, along with drafting detailed regulatory reports and satisfying regulatory responsibilities.
