I joined Child & Child in 2024 as a partner and Head of the Immigration Department. Previously, I had many years of experience as the Head of Immigration and a senior immigration solicitor in various Legal 500 firms.
My specialisation is in corporate, business, and private immigration matters. I have a strong focus on startups and multinational companies expanding their business into the UK market. My practice often involves advising UK and global businesses on the necessary steps to secure a Sponsor Licence and to sponsor migrant workers to meet their business needs.
Frequently, I work with exceptionally talented individuals seeking to relocate to the UK through the various highly skilled routes. These include the Global Talent visa, Innovator Founder, High Potential Individuals or International Sportspersons. I have successfully represented international footballers, Emmy winners, internationally acclaimed architects and designers and digital entrepreneurs.
