I have been qualified for over 40 years. I joined Child and Child in February 2023 from one of the UK’s largest listed law firms where I was previously its Head of Dispute Resolution. I have also been Head of Employment at a well-known West End London firm.

I have extensive experience in all manner of disputes in most of the courts and tribunals. I act for:

• Individuals in private and family disputes, including:
  • Contentious probate,
  • Inheritance Act claims
  • Family partnership matters
• Corporate entities in areas such as:
  • Commercial disputes,
  • Contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters.

I also have experience advising corporations and individuals concerning restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy related matters.
