I am a partner in the Dispute Resolution Team with a broad range of experience across a number of areas including shareholder and boardroom disputes, contested insolvency, commercial contract disputes, privacy and defamation, sports regulation and gambling disputes and regulation.

My commercial disputes practice crosses a number of sectors including complex IT services contracts, disputes arising out of investment agreements and professional services, international trade disputes and disputes relating to sports governance and media rights. My clients include corporations and institutions, owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals.

My media practice includes acting for claimants in disputes with major media organisations for breach of privacy and defamation and providing advice to my clients on general reputation management.

My sports work largely revolves around the world of horseracing where I act for major institutions and leading jockeys, owners and trainers in respect of wide variety of matters. I act for clients in respect of regulatory matters before various tribunals and also in High Court proceedings. In gambling I represent clients in disputes relating to gambling and advise operators and others on regulatory and commercial issues.
