I joined Child & Child in October 2025 as a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor.

I specialise in commercial real estate, advising a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals both domestic and international,  investors, property companies, business, landlords, and occupiers. My work covers acquisitions and disposals, leasing, asset management, lending and refinance — often involving complex, high-value transactions.

I take a practical, solution-focused approach. Real estate deals can be fast-moving and nuanced, so I aim to cut through the noise and provide clear, commercially sound advice that helps clients make confident decisions. I’m hands-on throughout the process, working closely with clients and other advisers to keep things moving and anticipate issues before they arise.

Much of my work involves commercial property and mixed-use properties, investment acquisitions, and strategic portfolio management. I also regularly collaborate with colleagues across family, tax, private client , and corporate to deliver joined-up advice on multi-disciplinary matters.

Clients often tell me they value my responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure. I enjoy building long-term relationships and being a trusted sounding board — whether it’s a first-time investor or a seasoned investor navigating a complex deal.

In addition to English, I speak Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and Spanish — which often helps in building rapport and working effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
