I joined Child and Child in 2023 as a partner in the Dispute Resolution department, specialising in disputes relating to property and family wealth, including inheritance and disputes in family-run businesses.

My property work generally involves advising property owners, including long-term leaseholders, on possession claims, covenant breaches, boundary and nuisance disputes, and party wall matters; my work on family wealth disputes typically involves challenges to the validity and terms of wills and the administration of estates.

I am well placed to advise on the contentious aspects of business management, including shareholder and partnership disputes and employment matters. I am also a notary public and assist in the completion of documents that are needed for dealing with legal matters in other jurisdictions. I am a member of the Notaries Society and the Property Litigation Association.
