I joined Child & Child in 2025 as a solicitor in the Family Department, having 7 years of previous experience at a boutique Family Law firm in London.
My practice involves advising clients in areas of Family Law relating to their relationships, including divorce, matrimonial finance, nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, relationship breakdown of unmarried partners, and private children matters. In relation to children matters I have particular experience in Hague convention cases having recently assisted on two reported cases in the High Court.
I also advise on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 where an individual makes a claim against a deceased person’s estate if they believe they have not received reasonable financial provision under the deceased’s will.
Family Law is an area of law that has wide judicial discretion and it is therefore vital to provide clear tailored advice through this complex legal process. I pride myself on building trusting relationships with my clients during what can often be the most challenging period of their lives. I am meticulous and bold in my approach, always focused on achieving the best possible outcome with minimal conflict wherever possible. My clients often thank me for my calm and reassuring manner, grateful that I have taken the time to understand each of their individual circumstances and priorities. I combine technical expertise with genuine empathy, making me a trusted adviser to clients navigating separation, co-parenting and other life changes.
