I joined Child & Child in October 2024 as a partner in the Private Wealth team. I have many years’ experience as a solicitor in the field of Private Client matters with Legal 500 firms in London.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with high-net-worth individuals and families both resident in the UK and overseas. I also have longstanding experience in advising clients and elderly clients on protecting their assets for future generations by using family trusts and carefully drafted wills. I also act as an attorney for people who have no family of their own.
My legal practice includes the following:
- Wills, will trusts and codicils
- Lifetime trusts
- Vulnerable person’s trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advance decisions
- Estate tax returns
- Capital gains tax returns
- Asset protection for future generations
As well as the dedicated Tax, Family and Immigrations team at Child & Child, I have built up wide-ranging network of trusted contacts who can provide my clients with advice on UK and cross border tax matters and associated issues.
I aim to provide my clients with comprehensive and clear legal advice that ensures their legacy for multiple generations.
