I joined Child & Child as a Partner in the Immigration Department in September 2025. With over two decades of experience, I advise both corporate and individual clients on UK immigration, nationality, and asylum matters.
My corporate practice focuses on supporting UK-based and international businesses with any of their UK immigration needs—from sponsor licence and visa applications to ongoing compliance with UK immigration law. In parallel, I regularly advise private clients on a wide range of immigration routes, including Global Talent, family-based applications, and settlement. I have extensive experience challenging Home Office decisions and representing clients in administrative reviews and appeals before the First-tier and Upper Tribunals.
I qualified at Norton Rose in 2000 and have specialised exclusively in immigration law since 2003. From 2007 to 2014, I served as a Director and joint Head of the Immigration Department at Duncan Lewis. I have been accredited as a Senior Caseworker (Level 2) and Supervisor under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme since 2005. I also hold a Master’s degree in Refugee Studies from the University of East London.
I am deeply committed to delivering clear, strategic, and compassionate advice, with a strong focus on alleviating the stress often associated with the immigration process.
