I qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Child & Child in 2021. I have gained extensive experience in handling a wide range of conveyancing transactions. I specialise in acquisitions and sales of freehold and leasehold properties, financing and refinancing of individual properties, transfers of equity, voluntary lease extensions, and right to buy.
