I am a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor and specialise in airspace development, property development and strategic land acquisition including option agreements, conditional contracts and joint ventures for residential development sites. I am on hand to advise my clients on deal structures, development funding and other elements related to their property developments too.

Together with the Real Estate Team here at Child & Child, we can offer a full legal service from advice on heads of terms to the sale of the last plot of built-out units.

I also act for member directed pension schemes, being SSASs and SIPPs, in respect of all Commercial Real Estate legal matters as well as advising Professional Trustees and SIPP providers in respect of their obligations under pensions laws so far as it relates to Real Estate. I also advise SSAS professional trustees and members in respect of pension scheme lending and the rules that govern SSAS lending, acting on the perfection of security for schemes.
