After training as a solicitor I spent time in private industry concentrating mainly on the technology and company secretarial arenas. Returning to legal services in 2006 I was founding partner of ACR Solicitors that developed into Ince Gordon Dadds. I am a corporate commercial solicitor having worked widely with small to medium sized businesses. I have transferred my considerable experience into working for the back office of law firms particularly IT, archiving, regulation and compliance and accounts.
