I head up the Dispute Resolution team at Child & Child.

I am an accredited Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in all civil courts in England and Wales up to the Supreme Court. I specialise in commercial litigation and other types of dispute resolution, focusing primarily on media disputes, reputation management commercial contracts and claims in negligence against professionals and/or institutions, including dealing with regulators across various industries.

My breadth of expertise covers Intellectual Property, Defamation, and Image Rights. Contract and Professional Negligence Claims. Property disputes; both Commercial and Residential. Privacy, Discrimination and Human Rights Claims. Telecommunications and Data Protection Disputes.

I have frequently advised major clients in the music, entertainment, legal, banking and aviation industries.

I have a reputation for fighting for my clients in a proactive and pragmatic way.
