I am a partner in the Dispute Resolution department with over 20 years’ experience. I provide a broad range of dispute resolution expertise, including: commercial contractual disputes, real property disputes and landlord & tenant issues, employment, professional negligence, construction disputes, fraud and shareholder disputes.
I act for a wide variety of companies and individuals, both claimants and defendants. I manage complex High Court trials and other substantial hearings, as well as in assisting clients to resolve disputes through forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). I am experienced in civil law remedies such as injunctions, freezing orders, Norwich Pharmacal orders and charging orders to assist in the recovery of assets.

- Acting for UHNW clients in a £33 million recission and fraudulent misrepresentation claim.
- Acting for a Saudi Arabian businessman in a claim arising out of the purchase and sale of 259 residential properties in Central London. The claim alleging conspiracy to injure. The client ultimately successful in recovery outside the jurisdiction.
- Acting for an Italian businessman in the successful pursuit of a multi-million-pound contract dispute and the interaction between penalties and forfeiture.
- Acting for a prominent UAE family in relation to funds stolen from them by fraudsters and paid into a bank in London and asset recovery.
