I qualified as a solicitor in Victoria, Australia in 1996, in England in 2000, and have been a consultant solicitor with Child & Child since May 2021. I have extensive experience in finance, corporate, and restructuring matters. I regularly advise on acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and special situations including distressed lending, structured finance, funds and private equity.
Previously I have been a partner at a leading international law firm and have held general counsel roles with high profile finance houses, miners and trading groups. I am the co-founder of a green metals merchant, recycler and investor based in Zug, Switzerland and a partner at a specialist trade and commodities law firm.
