Victoria Woolf


Victoria joined Child & Child’s dispute resolution department in April 2014. Victoria qualified as a solicitor in April 2012 and specialises in property litigation matters but also has wide experience in general litigation matters.

Victoria specialises in party wall and rights of lights matters and boundary disputes. Victoria has a general expertise in neighbourly matters and also advises on landlord tenant issues, namely consents for alterations, section 20 procedure and rights of first refusal.
