Michael Hatchwell


Michael is a corporate lawyer with over 30 years’ experience successfully looking after his client’s business and personal interests at home and abroad.

He enjoys long client relationships and works closely with his clients to achieve good results in a sensible pragmatic way.

His focus is entirely on achieving his client’s objectives, whether it be working on a small or large transaction, managing a shareholder dispute, drafting a complex commercial agreement, strategising complex legislation or acting on a complex fraud case.

Much of his work has an international aspect and he has an extensive global network of connections to achieve results wherever necessary.

He works on transactions involving a few tens of thousands of pounds up to several hundred million. He also regularly introduces business opportunities to his clients and enjoy helping them build their businesses.

Chair of Business Development Committee and Meeting Planning Committee for more than 10 years.

Director of the Globalaw Foundation.
