Marwa is a solicitor in the corporate department. She advises start-ups, high net worth individuals, investors, family run businesses and larger corporations.
Prior to joining Child & Child in September 2018, Marwa trained with a leading west-end firm and during her training contract she was seconded to a specialist corporate & technology firm for 6 months.
Marwa has experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, joint ventures, shareholder relations (including director/shareholder disputes) and corporate governance. Much of the work that Marwa carries out has an international element.
After obtaining her LLB (Hons) degree from the City Law School, Marwa went on to complete her LPC at BPP Law School.
Before commencing her legal career, Marwa spent two years tutoring postgraduate and undergraduate law at a tutoring agency and learning centre based in central London.
Marwa speaks fluent Greek & French. She is conversational in Moroccan Arabic.
