Mark is head of Dispute Resolution at Child & Child with 22 years' experience and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial and residential property litigation work, including advising national and international landlords and tenants in relation to contested and uncontested business lease renewals, complex property fraud, professional negligence, forfeiture, possession claims, squatter actions, adverse possession claims, party wall disputes, dilapidation claims, injunctions, disputes arising from auctions including misrepresentation and reported Court of Appeal cases.
Mark has worked with clients from a wide range of industry sectors, including national and international retailers and charities.
Mark also has experience of ADR including mediation.
