Returning to London in 2004, Francesca was appointed General Counsel for Earls Court & Olympia Limited, responsible for all legal matters affecting the Exhibition Centres. During her seven years with the company she gained extensive experience in negotiating hire agreements, commercial leases, catering concession agreements, tenancy agreements, entertainment contracts and dealing with employment, intellectual property, insurance coverage and data protection issues, including in connection with the sale of the venues to Liberty International.
Since 2011 Francesca has provided a bespoke legal service for Italian clients investing in the UK residential property market. Francesca is friendly and approachable. She takes pride in establishing great relationships with her Italian clients, providing them with clear and concise legal advice and assisting them in understanding the differences between the English and Italian legal systems.
