Yuliya is a family solicitor and advises on a wide range of issues arising out of relationship breakdown. She has experience covering all aspects of family law, and has gained particular experience of advising on financial settlements on divorce, and complex private law children issues, as well as pre- and postnuptial agreements.

Yuliya acts for international clients and often advises on cases which involve immigration issues, SEN and mental health issues, and serious allegations of harm, requiring involvement of social services and CAFCASS.

Yuliya has dealt with complex multi-value divorces, involving extensive financial disclosure, non-matrimonial arguments, complex renumeration structures and international assets. She has acted for clients in obtaining urgent injunctions under the Family Law Act 1996, as well as in enforcement proceedings. Yuliya also has experience in acting for homemakers and their applications for a payment of legal services and interim maintenance pending legal proceedings.
