Having joined Child & Child in 2019 as a residential real estate paralegal, I completed my training contract in 2023 and am now qualified as a residential property and leasehold enfranchisement solicitor.

Throughout my tenure, I have garnered extensive experience in diverse property transactions, including purchase, sale, remortgage, licenses, deed of variation, transfer of equity and lease extensions. Moreover, I have adeptly catered to the needs of overseas clients unfamiliar with the English legal system.

Renowned for my resilience and calm demeanour, I excel in managing complex situations as they arise. Notably, I have successfully overseen multiple collective enfranchisement developments, ensuring efficient completion and timely registration of transactions.
