Corinne is a Partner in the Family Department having joined the team in August 2021.
Following qualification in 2002, Corinne’s experience has included both regional and central London firms. She has a large client base across Essex and Home Counties as well as acting for clients located in central London and internationally. Throughout her career Corinne’s focus has been on achieving the best outcome for the client and supporting them throughout their case and beyond.
Corinne has particular expertise in applications under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989, together with all claims involving cohabiting couples, especially those involving high net worth assets. These cases require exceptional attention to detail and the tenacity to pursue the application on behalf of the client.
Corinne is a collaboratively training lawyer and an active member of the central London “We Can Work It Out” POD group which provides her with access to a wide range of complimentary professional who may further assist and support her clients through their case.
Corinne works closely with other members of the family department, especially Ben Castle and Vincenzo Mazzone to ensure that each client has a fully supportive team and range of expertise available to them. Corinne has also been involved in complex divorce and financial matters often with an international aspect.
Outside of private practice, Corinne lectures young professionals in advocacy and client care skills allowing her to support the new members of the legal professional from the outset. Corinne is currently advising on the drafting and preparation of the Family Law Course for trainee solicitors.
