Ayah joined Child & Child in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team having completed her undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Cardiff, and subsequently her LPC and MSc in Law and Business Management at the University of Law.

Prior to a  Ayah being a Trainee Solicitor she was highly commended as national litigation paralegal of the year at the National Paralegal Awards 2022.

Ayah has had the opportunity to accumulate a wealth of experience in dealing with High-Net worth individuals particularly in the Middle East , which has been largely facilitated by Arabic being her second language.

The Dispute Resolution team has considerable expertise in complex, high value litigation. Ayah has been regularly involved in high profile cases including, but not limited to; company and partnership disputes; shareholder disputes including minority shareholder prejudice claims; fraud and tracing cases; cross – border litigation; professional negligence claims; corporate and personal recovery, defamation claims; employment claims; party wall disputes; sports disputes and crypto currency disputes.

As a result of such exposure, Ayah has been able to work for a wide range of clients across a spectrum of industries.
