I am joint head of the Child & Child Neighbourly Matters team, which provides a focus on neighbour law and development disputes, advising on topics such as:
- Rights of light,
- Party walls,
- Boundaries,
- Adverse possession,
- Restrictive covenants,
- Rights of way
- Parking rights,
- Oversailing and scaffolding disputes.
Part of my remit as a solicitor-advocate is to advise on landlord and tenant disputes and I am highly experienced in resolving disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation.
