Andrew qualified with with Browne Jacobson in Nottingham and then spent a number of years developing his experience within the Real Estate departments of major City law firms such as Eversheds and Nabarro. He now specialises in the New Build sector, where his depth of knowedge with both developers and buyers gives him an unusually strong ability to understand all angles of a transaction.

For residential developers Andrew can assist with:

• The sale of plots
• Advising on site assembly
• Consulting on site set up

For residential buyers Andrew can assist with all aspects of the conveyancing of brand-new and off-plan properties direct from developers.

In addition to Residential Work, Andrew also acts on a wide variety of commercial property transactions. This can be on behalf of landlord or tenant, or of buyer or seller.

Estate Management work on behalf of national and international clients and real estate investment funds forms the final part of Andrew’s portfolio.
