After serving as chairman of the firm Andrew has retired from day-to-day practice but remains a consultant to the firm.
Andrew joined the firm in 1977 and has specialised in litigation since 1987, focusing heavily on property-related litigation.
Recognised as the first port of call for specialist advice relating to party walls, rights of light, access to neighbouring land and ancillary real property issues, Andrew was frequently invited to give lectures to surveyors, architects, and other solicitors.
Andrew is the author of several articles on neighbouring land issues and co-author of Party Walls Law and Practice, Fourth Edition published by Lexis-Nexis, considered to be the leading legal reference work on the law relating to party walls.
