Andy joined Child & Child as a partner in March 2009 from London firm, Bishop & Sewell.
He has 18 years experience in residential property, with a focus on the Prime London residential market.
Deals principally with sales, purchases and secured lending but is also experienced in statutory lease extensions and freehold enfranchisement.
His clients include property developers, foreign banks and overseas investors.
Andy lives in East Sheen with his family and pet hamster called Toby.
