Nina qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has experience in all areas of family law.
She provides advice to clients in divorce or judicial separation proceedings including assisting them with any financial issues which arise. She also provides advice to clients who are in independent discussions or attending mediation.
In addition to this Nina represent clients entering into pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Nina also acts for clients in Private Law Children Act matters including contact disputes, residence orders and prohibited steps orders.
Nina has been praised by clients for the “sympathetic and effective nature” in which she handles their matter.
Nina was nominated by BPP Law School for the best contribution by an individual award at the 2014 LawWorks Pro Bono Awards.
