Fiona Wilson


Fiona has practised in all areas of family law for over 20 years and is known for her constructive and supportive approach to resolving problems. She has particular expertise in all types of financial disputes between couples and families at the end of a relationship. In addition, she specialises in negotiating and drawing up co-habitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and separation agreements.

Fiona has also acted for clients on issues which have arisen involving the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act and assisted reproduction.

She also specialises in helping to resolve family disputes over financial arrangements made in Wills or on intestacy.

Fiona has written articles for the Family Law Journal and The Review and has also lectured for CLT.

In addition, she contributed a chapter to the Resolution book, The Modern Family 2012.
