David joined Child & Child as a partner in 2005 from a large Kent firm where he was head of the residential property department.
Having qualified in 1982 he has a wide-ranging property practice covering:
- freehold and leasehold houses and flats
- lease extensions
- large country properties
- farms and agricultural land
- leases of shops and offices
- pubs, restaurants and hotels
- residential site acquisitions and plot disposals
David lives on a small farm in East Sussex with his family.
