Broad range of property work including freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases on behalf of private individuals and investors. Also regularly handles lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and collective enfranchisement on behalf of groups of tenants. In addition, acts on behalf of tenants with Right to Manage claims under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. Part of his workload includes the sale and purchase of shops and offices with, from time to time, farms and agricultural land.
