Aoife Cantillon

Aoife is a member of Child & Child’s leasehold enfranchisement department. She specialises in acting for tenants in connection with claims for lease extensions, collective enfranchisements and house enfranchisements. Aoife also acts for high net worth individuals and developers on the sale and purchase of residential property both in London and in the country.

Aoife completed her training contract at Forsters LLP in Mayfair and qualified in 2009. She joined Child & Child from Charles Russell LLP where she was a member of the firm’s residential property team. 

Aoife is a member of the City of Westminster and Holborn Law Society and a committee member of the Junior Lawyers Division. She is also a member of Women in Law and the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP). In her spare time Aoife enjoys theatre and dance.
