Qualified as a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives after a background in the music and entertainment business, and joined Child & Child in 2005, specialising in civil and commercial litigation with a focus on achieving a commercially effective solution as swiftly as possible; specialities also include debt recovery and enforcement; employment law, advising employers and employees in contentious and non contentious matters; landlord and tenant and other property-related matters; partnership and joint venture disputes; construction disputes including adjudication; claimant and defendant personal injury claims.
